"Mostly Mansards & Lucent Landscape" Recent work by Brian Keeler will be the opening show of the new gallery "North Star Fine Art" on the Commons in Ithaca, NY. The show opens officially on Friday, November 3 from noon to 8 pm- then continuing on Saturday from noon to 5 pm. The exhibit will feature a collection of paintings that portray historic Victorian architecture in the region as well as paintings of landscapes with the quality of light being Keeler's trademark.

focused on painting the street scene with historic architecture in the Fall Creek section of
Ithaca, NY. We will convene at 19 am just west of the Gimme Coffee shop on Cascadila Street.

The Susquehanna Summer Solstice Fest

Tuscan Impressions & Amsterdam Arias

An exhibit of new small-scale oil paintings by Brian Keeler done this spring and winter in Amsterdam and at various locations in Tuscany in Italy. These oils capture the beauty of light and topography along with the urban settings and architecture of these locales. Brian has been traveling, painting and teaching in Italy for over 30 years and his first trip to Amsterdam was way back in 1968. Pittsford on June 3 from 9 to 4. A free demo will occur the night before (Friday,June 2) in the
gallery from 6 to 8 (free.) The workshop is $100 and advance registration is required. A
