A one day plein air worshop on Thursday, Aug 17 with Brian Keeler. The workshop will be
focused on painting the street scene with historic architecture in the Fall Creek section of
Ithaca, NY. We will convene at 19 am just west of the Gimme Coffee shop on Cascadila Street.

The Artworks Gallery in Scranton, PA presents this new show of paitning by Brian Keeler during
the month of July. The exhibit opening is on Frist Friday, July 7 from 5 to 9. The Doug Smith
jazz combo will play with Brian sitting in on guitar.

The Susquehanna Summer Solstice Fest

most of the bands lined up including some incredible guitar virtuoso bands. Make a

Tuscan Impressions & Amsterdam Arias

An exhibit of new small-scale oil paintings by Brian Keeler done this spring and winter in Amsterdam and at various locations in Tuscany in Italy. These oils capture the beauty of light and topography along with the urban settings and architecture of these locales. Brian has been traveling, painting and teaching in Italy for over 30 years and his first trip to Amsterdam was way back in 1968. Join us at the North Star Art Gallery at 743 Snyder Hill Road in Ithaca for the openings on Saturday June 10 from noon to 5 and on Sunday, June 11 from noon to 7. Brian's band ZIngology has just recorded a new CD and they'll play from 4 to 7 in the backyard. A plein air workshop in Pittsford, NY (near Rochester) will be held at the Upstairs Gallery in
Pittsford on June 3 from 9 to 4. A free demo will occur the night before (Friday,June 2) in the
gallery from 6 to 8 (free.) The workshop is $100 and advance registration is required. A
